[SJLC] Pentecost worship, May 23rd, 2010

Good afternoon one and all!
It is with joyfilled that I send you this message.  The joy is for Pentecost, the celebration of the coming of the Holy Spirit that will be celebrated this Sunday, May 23rd.  Remember to wear your RED clothes as you come to worship!  
 
There are many exciting events happening all around us as summer approaches.  Graduations, milestones, celebrations and new life abounds!  There will be transitions of many kinds as Intern Ted, Jennifer and Anneliese say good-bye in July, Intern Rita Augsburger and her family will say hello early August, VBS will happen, visiting and resident preachers will come, various musical expressions will take place and Nancy will need extra prayers as I will be on Sabbatical and closer to home more often!  :)  Truly God's Holy Spirit is alive and moving in and through our community of faith!!

John               14:8-17
