i no longer see the prompt that told me my key should be available in a few days bit nor did i get a key

up to today when i'd go to https://www.wordnik.com/users/edit  it would tell me at the bottom of the page that my key should be available in a few days but now it doesnt mantion the key at all. i checked my mail to see if the key was maybe sent there but it wasnt :\
