How do I include an ampersand?

How do I ensure that the ampersand is included if part of a phrase?

e.g. J&S Collection

Hi Sandy,

I had a similar problem trying to get C++ to be included. The way I got
it to work was to use the Advanced button in the upper right. Then
enter each item followed by a colon and a count a colon. For example:

J&S Collection:5
Aaaaa:4
Zzzzz:3
Vvvvv:4

Etc.
