Blank Screen

I have inputted words into the box and nothing is coming up. How do I fix this? My java is up to date and I am getting so frustrated please help me.

I had this problem as well, what I did was;

1. checked java version, in Start menu, control panel,  java,  

2. installed the newest java

3. opened in IE

4. clicked "allow" for application to run (my permission settings prompted for this message)

IF the above steps did not work you may want to try a different browser.
