Building a Closed-Testing Hub (for all of us) + Discord Invite

Hi everyone,

Quick clarity on what we’re doing here and why.

A lot of us are hitting the same Google Play gate: closed testing needs a reliable pool of opted-in testers over a defined window. Most of the friction isn’t the apps — it’s the scattered DMs, lost links, and having to rebuild a tester list from scratch every time.

So I’m building a small Discord server designed to serve all of us:

What it’s for
- A trusted pool of keen, respectful testers
- Efficient closed-test swaps (opt-in ↔ confirm ↔ keep installed for the window)
- One place to store your:
  - Group join link (or email list method)
  - Play opt-in link
  - App name + notes
- Less noise, less chasing, less platform hopping

How it will work (simple structure)
- New entrants start as testers
- Consistent, reliable contributors can earn helper/mod privileges over time
- We keep it calm and practical: no spam, no pressure, feedback optional unless requested
