Wordcycler should handle it okay. It will limit you to 200 downloads
on the device at one time. Once you sit down, read all day, and clear
those out, you can sync and get 200 more.
Wordcycler fetches each article from its original source website and
cleans it locally, so it shouldn't trigger Instapaper rate limiting
when you fetch. However, it may trigger it when it tries to delete
all those, because each delete action is a separate http request. But
it will queue up the archive actions and eventually get it done.

I just discovered that Instapaper implements paging on the folder
views, which would automatically limit Wordcycler to syncing the first
40 items on your list. (I think that's recent, but I don't know - I
don't usually have more than 10 or so items on my list at any given
time.) The next version will address this, but for now, that's a
limit. And come to think about it, that could be what's tripping up
Ephemera.

The good news is I've successfully worked around it on the development
version. I'm trying to hammer out a couple more bugs, and hope to
have a new release out very soon. If anyone wants to help and test
out the new version before I release it, send me an e-mail.
