Unicode titles and KindleGen

Hi!

Thank you for this great app, it works really good, but I have found
two bugs:

- pages with unicode titles doesn't convert good, see: http://screencast.com/t/LKXMooV8
- KindleGen option doesn't seem to work (?) I don't get any files in
_wordcycler folder after sync (normal sync works)

My OS is: Windows 7 Ultimate Hungarian 32bit

Thanks for reporting this. Could you send me a couple of example URLs
with the encoding problems? (Either on-list or off-list is fine.)
Encoding has been a bit of an issue, because the built-in kindle
generating library only handles ascii. Also, sometimes instapaper
itself has some encoding issues sometimes.

I just released a new version, so do you want to try installing that
and seeing if it addresses the kindlegen issue?

Tried the new version and it works fine now (both unicode titles with
"őűóúíéá" and generating with KindleGen too).

Hm, after multiple good converted urls and pages I run again into this
strange unicode error. For example:
http://www.origo.hu/techbazis/20101116-megujult-a-messages-elindult-a-facebook-sajat-email-szolgaltatasa.html
converts into "unreadable" mobi file. Can you please look into this?

Thanks for sending me an example. I've managed to reproduce the
issue, but it may take a little while for me to figure out exactly
where it's going wrong.
