I am using Wordcycler 1.4 with Kindlegen. Everything is fine but it
only syncs 20 most recent articles. Can't I increase to add more
number of articles ?

Wow, time has gotten away from me. Sorry for the long silence. This
is a feature that tends to work and then break, since I'm effectively
scraping the Instapaper website. The next version uses the new,
official Instapaper full API, and so won't have these problems.

Well, on the way in the general sense. :) It's not really close to
release yet. Hopefully within the next month or two. There won't be
any major new features, but it will comply with the new API terms,
which means that you will have to be an Instapaper subscriber to use
it.
