Hey Guys,

Here is the quote from Te Papa regarding the venue hire for the weekend. There are probably enough cafes around so that people can take care of food for themselves.

And we get to keep Supreme as a sponsor. Nice.

Unfortunately we don't get the sounding theatre as its in use that weekend. But such is life...

Best,
Dan

Hi Dan,

No problem, please find the proposal attached.
I have reduced the Venue Hire by $3,000 excluding GST for the weekend (Normally $3,500 plus GST per day), I hope this helps with the budget.

If you are interested in going ahead with the booking, I would be happy to ask if we could make an exception around the coffee.

Cheers
Jacques

Hi Jacques,

Thanks for that. Me and the guys are looking forward to receiving the quote - Oceania should be fine :))

Bummer about the coffee though!! Supreme are one of our sponsors.

Best,
Dan

Nice work Dan,

They do gouge you on the catering don’t they, but pretty standard I would imagine…

How do they fare on providing internet access and the like?

Keep up the good work,

Sam
