Hi everyone, this is Mayor Justin Elicker with information about a COVID-19 rapid test distribution. Por favor espere para escuchar este mensaje en español.  

Tomorrow and Friday the city will distribute at-home rapid COVID-19 tests at across the city at the following locations.

Thursday tests are available between 3 – 4 PM only at the following Police Substations: Westville District (329 Valley Street), Hill South District (410 Howard Ave), Dwight District (150 Edgewood Ave), Dixwell District (28 Charles Street) and East Shore District (830 Woodward Ave).

And, Friday tests are available between 3 – 4 PM only at the following Police Substations: Hill North (90 Hallock Street), Newhallville (596 Winchester Ave), Fair Haven (295 Blatchley Ave), Beaver Hills (332 Whalley Ave), as well as Ross Woodward School (185 Barnes Ave).

These tests will be distributed to New Haven residents only. Please bring an ID, utility bill, or something to show your residency. There is a very limited supply of tests, so we are encouraging only residents who need the tests because they are symptomatic or have been exposed to COVID to pick them up.

We will also be distributing N-95 masks to go along with the rapid tests.

Please also continue to mask up and get vaccinated and boosted to dramatically increase your protection against the Omicron variant. It is very easy to get vaccinated in New Haven. Check out the City’s Covid website at https://covid19.newhavenct.gov/ or call: 203-946-6999 for more information.

Hola a todos, soy el alcalde Justin Elicker con información sobre la distribución de pruebas rápidas de COVID-19.  

Mañana y el viernes, la ciudad distribuirá pruebas rápidas de COVID-19 en los siguientes lugares de la ciudad.
