Social Justice Book Group Forming at St PJs
St. Paul & St James Church at 57 Olive Street is launching a new social-justice book club called "Margins and Movements". Although it's hosted at the church, most of the monthly titles will be broadly secular, in an effort to make this appealing and open to all neighbors. The first monthly discussion will be on August 26 at 7pm at St. PJ's, for the book "On Tyranny" by Timothy Snyder, followed by Robin Wall Kimmerer's "The Serviceberry" on Sept. 30.
