Greetings Neighbors,

Hoping you are all safe and warm on this beautiful, but slippery, snowy day❄️⛄❄️ If you want to park your car off street ❄️ as the roads are slippery and cars can easily slide into yours ❄️ consider moving to a public lot or parking garage even though you have to pay.

Reminder ... Lost Paintings
A Good Samaritan neighbor found two what appear to be watercolor paintings on canvas at the northeast area by Wooster Sq Park. If you have lost these paintings, please let me know and I can connect you with the person who has them. Our Good Samaritan will otherwise donate them to a non-profit supporting runhoused neighbors or refugees.

Reminder ... Court Street Bridge & State Street Rail Station Community Meeting - January 20, 2026 at 6pm at High School in the Community
This is a reminder about the upcoming meeting regarding proposed improvements to the Court Street Bridge and State Street Station in New Haven. The project will convert the Court Street Bridge to pedestrian and bicycle-only and create a direct connection to State Street Station. Related station work will replace and extend the existing island platform.

The CTDOT will hold the next Public Information Meeting at High School in the Community (175 Water Street) this Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting is an opportunity for the broader community to learn more about the project and raise questions and concerns. Accessibility & Language Assistance is provided. For hearing or speech disabilities, dial 711 (Telecommunications Relay Services). Language assistance is available on request at (860) 594-2109.
