Greetings Neighbors,

CompStat Meeting Report

At yesterday's CompStat Meeting I learned that there were two larcenies from vehicles in the Wooster Square area over the past two weeks - one at 325 Saint John Street on 10/21 at 12:40pm and the other at 137 Water Street on 10/23 at 10:47am. There were multiple larcenies from vehicles in the broader Downtown area of our District, the majority of which were unlocked cars or had valuables in full view inviting break-ins when cars were unlocked or locked. Lt. Borer has asked that I disseminate the two attachments reminding neighbors about the New Haven Police Department's Lock it or Lose it campaign and providing tips to protect against car break-ins.
