Greetings Neighbors, 

Here are a few updates for our community! 

Public Safety
Here are the Wooster Square major crimes between September 23 and October 6, 2024 that were reported at this morning's Compstat Meeting: 
  • BURGLARY-BREAKING & ENTERING on 9/24/2024 at 98 OLIVE ST at 8:13pm
  • LARCENY-FROM VEHICLE on 10/6/2024 at 9:35am at 673 CHAPEL ST
  • MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT on 10/1/2024 11:48am at 44 OLIVE ST 
Lt Borer is again now serving only as our District Manager for Downtown and Wooster Square - he will have more time to meet with neighbors again!  He can often be found at Kaiyden's having coffee - if you see him, say hello! 

Health Department Vaccines Available Now at 424 Chapel Street

Make sure everyone in your family is up to date with vaccines - especially babies and seniors! Vaccines for Flu, COVID-19 and RSV can save lives. They are safe and tested. Any side effects tend to be mild and should go away in a few days. Updated COVID-19 and flu vaccines are available at the Health and Wellness Center at 424 Chapel Street, Monday-Thursday, 9am-4:30pm and on Friday 12:30-4:00pm. These vaccines are available for ages 3+.

Deadlines for the November 2024 Presidential Election:


Annual Pumpkin Painting in Wooster Square Park 🎃 Saturday, October 26 from 3-5pm
The Historic Wooster Square Association once again will be sponsoring its Annual Pumpkin Painting Celebration!  Pumpkins, paints and light refreshments will be available. Bring your friends and/or children to paint a pumpkin or two for Halloween! All are welcome 🎃
