I have just come across this site and it bought back many memories although I was only young at the time possibly about 8
I know I went to school there. My parents were Salvation Army officers Don and Marj Roach and shared duties with a Padre Calder. My mother played
netball and I have a photo of the team. I cant remember the street we lived in but it was all fairly new but I do remember the swimming pool.
I seem to remember people who lived in our street and there was a Penny I went to school with. My father used to go out to Maralinga on
a Sat night to show movies on the projector. The rest is a bit hazy but I know I loved the way of life and we only left because my brother
