Wow I sent a similar message last March and we were robbed of our annual tradition by a world pandemic... who would have saw that coming? 

 

Easter is coming up and after a lot of back and forth we are deciding to move forward this year. Many of us will be vaccinated. We welcome everyone to come at their own comfort level and completely understand if you cannot make it this year.

 

We do ask as we get closer to Easter weekend everyone check in with themselves and ask you not to join if you are feeling sick that week.

 

Also, if you want to join in a socially distanced way... no hard feelings if you want to set up your tent and sit far away or even enjoy your own meal times. There is plenty of room and space for people to spread out. 

 

Let's start throwing out ideas for Friday Night BBQ Dinner. Tri-Tip cook off, Burger Bar, Taco Bar, Rib Fest... the world is our oyster...

 

Please sign up for when you are arriving so cooks have an idea of how many we are cooking for and sign up for what you would like to bring or contribute for each meal. Lunch and drinks are BYOB and left overs. Also, add people's email who I got wrong or forgot.
