Woodstox 6.2.7 released: planning to increase Java baseline to Java 8 for 6.3

Quick notes: I just release Woodstox 6.2.7 with one small fix, as per:

I also decided that this would be a good time to increase JDK/Java baseline future Woodstox versions required from Java 6 (currently) to Java 8.

Change would need to go in at least a minor version increase (not suitable for patches); but at this point probably not requiring major version increase (going to Java 11 or above probably would).

This upgrade would not prevent the possibility of further Woodstox 6.2.x patches in the unlikely case of critical security patch or so.

Please let me know of any concerns, questions; I am not in a hurry to cut new releases so decided to ask the community first.
