Hi Friends of Woodmont Park,

Due to a paperwork mixup, we are not going to be part of tomorrow's Big Payback as planned.  We encourage you to participate regardless and support your other favorite non profits.  We will be sure to be there next year!

We are raising the remaining funds we pledged as our share of the Green Hills Rotary Club shade pavilion.  Construction on that should start soon - the project is in the bidding phase.

We had a wonderful service day Friday with a great group of Ensworth sophomores and Cub Scout Pack 18!  Additionally, Proctor Marble and Granite installed our Free Little Library box!  We are so grateful to all the volunteers, and to the wonderful community of support for our park!    A full report with photos will be forthcoming!  If you have some books you would like to share with the community, you can simply put them in the Little Free Library box!  It is just off the parking lot entrance on the Estes side of the park.
