Hey Folks,

So now it looks like I've really got the work cut out to do something with the awesome results from the last firing of the Hobagama. Like I've always said, "Ya can't sell what ya haven't got!" so now that I've got something how the hell do I sell it and to whom. I sure don't expect other potters to be able to get them, they are probably just like me and can't afford their own work on a potters wage too. If I'm moving from the area there is no point entering the "Art For All" in June ( where nothing sold last year) or "Spread Eagle Art Show" in July (where I sold well enough to want to return last year, better than the year before at "Art For All") so I need to find other outlets. Needless to say I've already made almost a hundred bucks in cups and "light cord pullers" from friends coming to the house. I like making more or less one of a kind coffee cups and found they sell best when someone can actually hold them and see the fit. Many of us have seen the art fair patron spend half an hour or more picking up cups looking for a certain feel so I try to make each one a little different. I'll probably keep working on polishing the cups and save them for another art fair down the road. However, now that we have the internet, while we wait for me to show up at an art fair near you I made some changes to my online Etsy store and started posting the new pots so click the link below, have a look, save your beer money, and let me know what you think of it so far. I'll be adding a few pieces every day for a while so stay tuned and stay in there eh.
