My new order only included the serial number and product key code for 2015 autocad version. I cannot run 2015 on my computer, it does not meet the basic system requirements. I can only run 2014. The serial number does not work when I try to use it and the product key code for 2014. I need to get the 2014 serial number ASAP!!!

The serial number you provided is Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 not AutoCAD 2014. If you want to activate the product with the serial number, please download and install the Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 with the serial number you provided and product key 001G1, then you could activate it online. You also could download the product from the Virtual Agent .
