ALERT
Change of date for Rev. Paul Perez preaching at
Central United Methodist church. Due to schedule conflicts and because of Central’s desire to refocus this Sunday’s 10:30 worship service as a Healing service in response to the tragic events at the Boston Marathon and other violence taking place in our lives, Rev. Paul Perez will now be preaching on the Sunday the 28th of April at 10:30 AM instead of Sunday April 21st as previously announced.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused you. We hope that you will be able to join us for our Sunday 10:30 AM worship service at Central United Methodist, 23 E. Adams, Detroit, 48226 and remain for the workshop immediately following the service. We will discuss legislation on immigration coming out of the U.S. Senate. We will be looking at possible actions that we can take together to achieve “Justice For Our Neighbors”.
As we announced in our original email, Rev. Perez is a deacon on the staff of Newburg United Methodist church and the Director of “Justice for our Neighbors.” He will be preaching at our 10:30 Sunday service and leading our discussion following the service. Please feel free to contact Central Church office at 313-965-5422.
