Hello Forest Hills Neighbors.

I was contacted by Urbanica, the firm that is designing the development on Parcel U.  To refresh your memory, Parcel U is the long parcel across the street from Dunkin Donuts on Hyde Park Ave.  Urbanica would like to schedule a meeting with interested neighbors in order to share their preliminary designs and get feedback.  This is a mixed use project that includes for sale town homes, rental apartments, and some retail space.

They have proposed an evening meeting on Monday, Jan. 20th.  The location has yet to be determined.  I will forward that information to you all as soon as I receive it.  Do forward this information as you see fit.  Thanks and I hope to see you there.
