RAISED IN CAPTIVITY

by Nicky Silver

Estranged siblings Sebastian and Bernadette reunite after their mother dies in a freak showerhead accident. Her death warps reality for the siblings, their significant others, their therapist, their prostitutes, and even their dead mother when she returns from the grave with many questions. Raised in Captivity explores abandonment and reunion, guilt and redemption, comedy and drama, and reality and surrealism. We invite you to the Loeb Ex to discover what’s left over when you’re left behind.

Directed by Lily Glimcher

Produced by Magdalene Zier
