New Painting: Sanctuary

Taken from a small background area in some photos I took last summer, this painting shows the far shore of Horseshoe Bend on the upper Nooksack River near the base of Mt. Baker. Reminds me of Robert Frost: "The woods are lovely, dark, and deep..."
