Next Iceni Open Session - Friday 16th January

Hi London Ladies,

This FRIDAY (16th January) is the next Iceni Skills session.

Following a great session last week, where we worked on throwing under pressure and in the wind, we will be working on DEFENCE this week.

Our sessions are open to all women in or around London, regardless of your skill level and interest in trying out for the club in 2015.

Time: 8pm-10pm
Location: Bacon's College, Timber Pond Road Rotherhithe London SE16 6AT (nearest tube station: Canada Water)

Each session will cost £5 to attend (which covers our cost of renting the floodlit pitch in London).

Please bring:
-a WHITE shirt and a dark shirt
-water
-disc
-appropriate footwear for 3G
-£5 pounds (if you do not bring £5 pounds, we will not be able to let you in, sorry!)
