Hi ladies,
some of you will have at some point heard me banging on about my amazing pilates teacher in Clapham.
A few spots have opened up in her classes so I thought some of you may be interested in giving it a go before it fills up again. Since doing it I've had significantly fewer injuries and my back problems have virtually disappeared.
I normally attend the 6.45pm class but will be away until April. Definitely back on it when I'm home!
Here's her intro info:

ReFrame Pilates www.reframepilates.com

Why do Pilates you ask?
To improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and awareness of your body and how it works. ReFrame Pilates classes are designed to strengthen your core and lower back muscles and exercises are focused on creating long, lean muscles, rather than encouraging them to bulk up. It is a great way to compliment sports training, promote recovery from an injury and develop functional fitness for your daily life.

Where do I go?
The studio is located right outside Clapham Common tube station - no excuses to skip it on the way home!

When can I do it?
Classes are run in 6 week blocks starting from Wed 9th January - Wed 13th February @ 6:45pm (Intermediate) OR 7:45pm (Beginners/Improvers)

How much does it cost?
The cost for a block of classes will be £72 (£12 per class) or if you are unable to commit to a full block of classes, drop-ins spaces are also available, if you email in advance and the cost is £15 per class.

For more information or to reserve your space please contact Holly Spence at reframe...@gmail.com
