Our January sessions are open to all women in or around London, regardless of your skill level and interest in trying out for the club.

Each session will cost £5 pounds to attend (which covers our cost of renting the floodlit pitch in London).

Please bring:
-a WHITE shirt and a dark shirt
-water
-disc (don't forget this - we will be doing lots of throwing drills, and need lots of discs!)
-appropriate footwear for 3G
-£5 pounds (if you do not bring £5 pounds, we will not be able to let you in, sorry!)
