Iceni Women's Winter Skill Sessions

[Iceni Captains]

Hi London ladies,

In January and February, Iceni will be running our annual Winter Skills sessions, open to female players of all levels. These will be held at Bacon's College (Timber Pond Rd, London SE16 6AT) on the following dates:

-Friday 8th January (8-10pm)

-Friday 15th January (8-10pm)

-Friday 29th January (8-10pm)

-Friday 5th February (8-10pm)

These sessions will follow some of the same fundamentals Iceni focus on throughout the season, which are:

-throwing and catching

-cutting

-person-on-person defence

-game scenario

No matter what team you're trying out for we'd love to have you come out! However, if you are trialling for Iceni, we strongly recommend attending these sessions, as they are a great way to meet lots of the players and learn more about the team.

The cost is £5 (which covers our cost of renting the floodlit pitch at Bacon's College), which should be paid in cash on the night. Please note we cannot let you join in if you haven't paid - so bring £5 or bribe a friend!

Don't forget to bring boots, a disc, water, and a WHITE shirt and a dark shirt!
