Hello Ladies!

Hope all is well! For all who didn't attend boot camp Monday you missed a good class, yes and you all know who you are. You did great though and some of you are starting to toughen up! Yeah!!!!!!!

Is there anything you can do for me...I'm prego but not sure what exercises are safe, I'm starting to use the treadmill and an aerobics tape...nto sure how much an hour of personal training would be or one on one...but, I need to get my butt in gear, baby is due in june...I would like to start good habits now so it's easy then.
 
Any advice

Hey Michelle,

Working on another one eh! Well, I have a few questions: How far along are you in your prego? Have you been working out prior to your pregnancy? I know you were doing some stuff but not sure what exactly. Is your eating still good or have you fallen off?

I think I should probably give you a call and then I could reccomend your next steps so you don't end up with too much baby fat.....you can do like the celebrities do!

I think I still have your number, what's your schedule like these days?

I was working out before I got prego, but then slid off, I was feeling very nasueous and ended up getting sick for about a month.
 
I am around 18 weeks I believe and have not done much to be honest with you...but now, I am feeling better, not nausous anymore and getting over my cold, so I have NO EXCUSES!!
 
As for my eating, it's not the greatest to be honest, which is why I need a kick in the a** because I know I will pay for this come June

Thanks so much, I truly appreciate this...by the way...my foot is feeling MUCH better these days!
