Good Morning Chris
Well I am still really hurting from Monday. I think I way over did it. My legs muscles are very sore and feel bruised.
I got up this morning and decided that i just couldnt do it today. I hope to be there Friday, but right now I can hardly get out of a chair and go up or down stairs.
