Thursday Rides

Hi everyone! I met some of you on last Thursday's ride in Nottingham. But I'm Jaime Lawlor-- I'll be helping Trish out this summer, I just graduated from Boston College and was fortunate enough to be chosen by Syracuse Bicycle as their Marketing and Communications Intern! I look forward to riding with everyone and really building up the female cycling community. That said, this week we have TWO options for rides this Thursday:

11 am: we will meet at Panera Breads in the Fayetteville Towne Center. The ride will be about 14 miles long. There is a 30% chance of rain at 11 but I will be there rain or shine! If you're interested in meeting up for some coffee and delicious bread, I plan on arriving at 10:30. It'd be a good time to discuss a bit about how to ride in the rain or on slick roads.

6 pm: Meet at Erie Canal State Park; the corner of Rt 290 & Rt 257. Our ride will be about 12 miles and it will follow the Green Lakes Triathlon course. This is a beautiful ride; slightly higher chance of rain at 50% but once again I'll be there no matter what.

If at any time weather is questionable, I'll always be at our meeting place and if people do show up we can make a last minute decision, but I don't mind riding in a little drizzle =)

Hi everyone! Here's the info for the Thursday rides!

10:30 / 11am- we will meet at the Silver Brook Cafe in Camillus the address is 103 Bennett Rd. I tried calling this place to see what it was like because I've never been there but I couldn't get a hold of anyone, but let's plan on meeting there, 10:30 if you'd like to grab some coffee! The route will be a flat 10 miles, check out the course here.

6pm- We will meet at Central Park in Cicero, at the corner of Rt 31 & Ferguson Rd; parking is free. It will be just shy of 14 miles. You can check out the course here.
