Hope everyone had great holiday weekends! Here is the schedule of rides this week!

Tuesday Intermediate 6pm
We will meet at Reed Webster Park in Camillus it is off of Warners Rd/173. The course will be a flat 18 miles so we'll be able to keep a solid speed goin! Course Map.  Next Tuesday we will be doing half of the IronMan 70.3 ride near Highland Forest- about a 30 mile ride. So clear out your schedule cause this is going to be a great ride!

Thursday 10:30/11am; We will meet at the Dunkin Donuts at 5917 State Route 31 in Cicero. This is a beautiful ride along Oneida Lake. A little shy of 15 miles it's entirely flat and scenic! Course Map.

Thursday 7pm: Meet at Lakeside Park in Cazenovia- it is along the lake on Forman St/Co Hwy 17/E Lake Rd. Ride Map. As some of you experienced last Thursday- this course is short but it's got some pretty challenging grades and will definitely provide some hill practice. So if you know this is your weakness and are really looking to improve your climbing this is a great course to do it.

So unfortunately the Caz Tri Course rides have been scheduled for everything Thursday night at 7pm, so unless we can work out another day or time to host those, our Thursday night rides will be the Caz course at 7. I'll work on the schedule so we can go back to our 6pm WOW rides at various places, but for now we'll be doing the Caz course with perhaps some male riders if they show up!

Projected weather for next week is supposed to be pretty hot and partly cloudy.
