Dear Women of Faith,

Take a look at these two pictures.  The first is of the beautiful, completed items that are being delivered to LLUCH.

The second is of the remaining tiny baby gowns that we made at our last sewing bee and are not quite ready.  We need the help of anyone who is good at HAND SEWING on SNAPS.

Thinking of:

1. Those who are familiar with and have helped with our sewing bees in the past - some since we started in August 2011!

2. Those who came to the rescue and helped make over 8000 face masks a few years ago. You talented ladies know who you are!

3. Anyone who sews and is touched by this opportunity to support Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital’s Butterfly Program for the NICU and Maternity Services. We participate by providing items - like these gowns - to offer support and comfort parents who are grieving the loss of their infants.

We're hoping to finish these up in the next two to three weeks. If you hand sew or know someone who does (this isn't for beginners), please let us know.

*** We are also looking for those who are talented at machine embroidery and can add a heart to each of our gowns. That is the crowning touch on each little gown.

Lots of Love!

Jean
