I just wanted to send this exciting announcement out to all of you who appeared on the panel of our Focus On: Women War & Peace. A woman featured in one of the episodes of Women, War and Peace just won the Nobel Peace Prize. Leymah Gbowee will be featured in the segment called Pray the Devil Back to Hell which runs Oct. 18. The series begins Oct. 11 and will air every Tues. for five consecutive weeks at 10 p.m. Our locally produced panel discussion airs at 11 p.m. on Oct. 11.
Oct. 11 Week one is about Bosnia
Oct. 18 Week two is about Liberia and Leymah Gbowee
Oct. 25 Week three is about Afghanistan
Nov. 1 Week four is about Colombia
Nov. 8 Week five is incisive interviews with leading thinkers
