If you want to download all of the course material/assignments etc. all at once, there is a small link at the bottom that lets you do that! I found it extremely helpful rather then downloading everything one item at a time:)

Also, if you have a newer mac, the software provided might not work when you download it. Here is the link to the very latest software: http://www.stanford.edu/class/cs106a/cgi-bin/software/.
