Step out of the daily rush and into the stillness of the Southern Kettle Moraine Forest with a professionally guided Forest Therapy Walk, led by certified guide Megan
Bollen of Juniper
Trails. This slow, sensory-focused experience invites you to reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with others—through a series of gentle, mindful invitations. The walk concludes with a calming tea ceremony.
More than just a walk in the woods, Forest Therapy is a global, research-backed wellness practice shown to:
· Reduce stress and cortisol levels
· Boost immunity and mood
· Improve focus and emotional balance
· Deepen connection to self and the natural world
In a world of constant stimulation, this is your invitation to pause, reset, and connect.
