Hey folks,
How are you? I'm writing to share an announcement about the Couillard Solar Foundation's September Solar Series event. It will feature staff from the city of Sun Prairie and the Sun Prairie Public Library who will discuss how the city decided to renovate the library so it could serve as a resilience hub in the event of emergencies.
If you all are interested in joining, we'd love to have you, but if you are also willing/able to share this announcement with your networks, that would be amazing.
Here's a description:
The Couillard Solar Foundation in conjunction with the City of Sun Prairie and the Sun Prairie Public Library will will dive into the Resilience Hub model for emergency preparedness at a unique event on September 9th from 5:30-7:30pm.
We will also hear about the way distributed energy systems, such as home solar installations with batteries, can support community resilience. Speakers will include Svetha Hetzler of the Sun Prairie Public Library, Rose Daily of the City of Sun Prairie and Jackie Harrison-Jewell of the Couillard Solar foundation.

Please let me know if I can share any additional information. Thanks to all of you in the meantime for your consideration.
Best,
Zoe
