Dear colleagues,
We invite submissions to the AAAI 2026 Workshop on Navigating Model Uncertainty and the Rashomon Effect: From Theory and Tools to Applications and Impact, which will take place on January 27, 2026, in Singapore.
In many real-world AI problems, there is not a single “best” model but a multiplicity of models achieving comparable performance — a phenomenon known as the Rashomon Effect. This workshop will bring together researchers and practitioners to explore how model multiplicity shapes uncertainty, fairness, explainability, robustness, privacy, and governance in modern AI systems.
We welcome submissions (4–6 pages, double-blind, non-archival) across three tracks:
  • Main Track: New or early-stage research contributions
  • Published Paper Track: Recently published or accepted work
  • Position Paper Track: Broader commentary and perspectives
📅 Key dates:
  • Submission deadline: October 15, 2025 (AoE)
  • Notification: November 5, 2025
We also invite submissions to the Perspectives from the Community session — short talks highlighting open problems, interdisciplinary insights, or personal research journeys (due November 30, 2025).
We look forward to your submissions!
Warm regards,
The Organizing Committee
