Dear Erdrin,

As a Ph.D. student in Biomedical AI, I am working on sEMG signal adaptation in upper limb prosthetics. My research interests highly align with the job description you have provided. Aspects, such as interpretability, accessibility and long-term system adaptation to user needs are crucial in my daily research.

In my work, I have dealt with DL, generative modelling, certain aspects of computer vision and more. I predominantly work with signal, but I also have experience with other data modalities.
In the past, I have also created a HCI platform for HoloLens to provide interactive teaching tool for neuroscientists using MRI scans.

For more information, please refer to the attached CV.
I would love to have a discussion of the projects you are working on.

Ps. For the future reference, please use this e-mail: K.K.Sz...@sms.ed.ac.uk or  151...@ed.ac.uk

Best wishes,
Katarzyna Szymaniak
