Quantum-Enabled Applications for Frugal and Societal-Scale Agentic Intelligence
Session Summary
This Special Session focuses on application-oriented research using Quantum-Enhanced Reinforcement and Agentic Learning, Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE), Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA), and Frugal Quantum Machine Learning (QML) to address societal-scale, real-world challenges.
The session aims to accelerate innovation at the intersection of quantum technologies, agentic AI, and frugal computational frameworks suitable for scalable deployments.

Quantum-Enabled Machine Learning for Frugal and Societal-Scale Agentic Intelligence
Session Summary
This Special Session emphasizes quantum-enabled and quantum-inspired machine learning (QML) as a powerful pathway toward building frugal, sovereign, scalable, and agentic AI systems. With NISQ-era advancements, hybrid quantum-classical workflows open new possibilities in optimization, learning efficiency, and autonomous decision making.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submitĀ original, unpublished researchĀ relevant to the session themes.

Submission Requirements

  • Papers must be original andĀ not under review elsewhere
  • Accepted papers will be published in theĀ Springer Edited Volume
  • Selected high-quality papers will be recommended toĀ indexed journals
  • Manuscripts must follow theĀ Springer Conference Template (Windows/Mac)
  • Length: 10–14 pages (A4)Ā including introduction, literature review, proposed methodology, results, and discussions
  • References must followĀ chronological order
  • Submissions must beĀ double-blindĀ (anonymized)

Review Process

  • All papers undergo aĀ double-blind peer review
  • Papers violating anonymity will be rejected without review
  • Evaluation criteria include originality, technical depth, relevance, clarity, and contribution
