📝 Key Submission Guidelines

• 📏 Length: 8 to 12 pages (standard format).
• 🌎 Language: English only.
• 🙈 Anonymity: Double-blind review process—remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments from the initial PDF.
• 🔗 Platform: Submissions handled exclusively via Microsoft CMT.
• 🎤 Attendance: At least one author must register and present the accepted paper for inclusion in the proceedings.
