We at Lila Sciences are building Scientific Superintelligence — systems that propose, execute, and verify experiments in our fully automated wet labs. As an AI for Science company, we believe that agents can reason across various scientific domains and generate novel hypotheses that are continuously refined through repeated verification in automated lab environments.
My team is hiring for Research Scientist and Research Engineering roles across Boston, San Francisco and London offices. We are looking for people with strong foundations in LLMs, machine learning, reinforcement learning, auto-research, post training - though our interests extend well beyond these areas.
