You’re invited to join a special edition of Greylock’s Women Starting Up programming, our first-ever Machine Learning focused summit for the Women Starting Up community. We’re bringing together ML practitioners, investors, founders, and more to discuss the newest opportunities in applied ML within industry, enable peer-to-peer networking, and create new connections with exceptional practitioners and founders in the ML/AI startup ecosystem.

Pre-Event Career Development Panel on 10/26, 4-5pm Pacific via Hopin 

Optional: Learn about recruiting/career navigation within machine learning startups in a session led by John Delaney from Greylock. John has 25 years of overall recruiting experience, with half of that time spent building Machine Learning and Data Science teams out for startups.


Summit on 10/28 from 3-5pm Pacific via Hopin 

  • Network with peers in machine learning (special surprise guests!)

  • Hear from top venture capital investors about machine learning startups that may not be on your radar yet and learn what are the new kinds of companies being funded

  • Discover new opportunities in Applied Machine Learning from engineering leaders and peers, while learning how they made the switch from academic/other roles into startups 


Women Starting Up is a community for emerging engineering leaders, primarily for graduates from the classes of 2015 - 2021. We offer bi-annual programming, peer introductions, unique access to companies, and more. Our programming is free and open for participation via application.
