Hello,

My team is looking for 2 Research Engineers to join our team! 

A bit about us:

Our team does basic research in machine learning by using tools and techniques from physics. We apply the scientific method to hard questions in deep learning, iterating between theory and experiment. Our goal is to drastically improve the state of the art by systematically identifying and addressing gaps in existing machine learning methods.

Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities will be primarily two fold;

• Collaborating on research projects

  • This will consist of helping to formulate, refine, and run large-scale ML experiments in concert with research scientists 

  • The primary deliverables will be academic style research publications and open source software packages

• Helping to develop lab tooling and infrastructure

  • This will consist of developing lab-wide tools to help broadly with running and evaluating ML experiments

Minimum qualifications:

• Machine learning engineering experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing large-scale machine learning systems and/or research experiments
