ML and Systems Rising Stars Program 2024 Applications Open

Dear ML and Systems Researchers,  

Our team is organizing the Machine Learning and Systems Rising Stars program, where selected participants will be funded to attend an in-person workshop in the Bay Area this summer 2024. This is the second iteration of our initiative to identify a cohort of early- to late-stage and recently graduated PhD students, as well as other researchers with a relevant background, to develop community, foster research and career growth, enable collaborations, and discuss career opportunities among the rising generation of researchers at intersections of machine learning and systems. This Rising Stars program is generously being supported by the MLCommons consortium.

The application is currently open, and the deadline to apply is April 12, 2024. We ask that you share this information with your department, colleagues, and potential Rising Stars in the area of ML & Systems and encourage them to apply. 

We have attached a flyer to this email as well for distribution via Slack, Teams, social media, email, or other mediums for outreach. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we look forward to having your students and junior colleagues apply.
