Thank you for sending a link to your much-needed website.

As I am currently seeking academic-industry positions that lead to a PhD, I was excited to explore the opportunities listed on your platform.

However, when I searched your website for the word "PhD," I received positions that already require a PhD.

Is there another way to conduct this search that may be more effective in finding PhD-industry positions?

(I am posting this using "reply-all" since I assume I am not the only one here who would appreciate a general search engine for PhD-industry positions)
