[WiML @ ICML 2025] Applications Now Open!

Dear all,

We’re happy to announce that applications are now open for the WiML Symposium @ ICML 2025, taking place in person on July 16, 2025 in Vancouver, Canada!

There are many ways to get involved, including:

- Presenting a Poster: Showcase your research during our poster session. Submissions are welcome from students, postdocs, and researchers across all areas of machine learning.

- Volunteering: Take this opportunity to contribute to the success of the event! We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with technical setup and provide support across various on-the-day tasks.

- Connecting and Networking: Participate in breakout discussions, attend talks and panels, and enjoy informal chats over coffee or tea. Our social event also offers a great chance to meet fellow attendees in a relaxed setting.

Our aim is to celebrate the achievements of women and non-binary researchers. Everyone is welcome to attend the event.

June 12, 2025 – Application form opens → Apply here

June 25, 2025 – Deadline to submit poster, apply for funding, or volunteer

June 30, 2025 – Notifications of acceptance

July 16, 2025 – WiML Symposium @ ICML
