AI4VA explores how computer vision perceives, interprets, and models abstraction across artistic and cultural imagery — paintings, comics, sculptures, and installations that challenge the assumptions of conventional models. These stylized domains expose weaknesses in robustness, generalization, and interpretability, providing a principled framework for evaluating perception beyond realism.

SUBMISSION TRACKS

There are two tracks — please submit to the appropriate track (Extended Abstract or Long Paper) on the submission site.

Track I — Full Papers (Archival)
  • Length: 5–8 pages (CVPR 2026 style)
  • Review: Double-blind
  • Supplementary: Optional
  • Accepted papers appear in the CVPR 2026 Workshop Proceedings

Track II — Extended Abstracts (Non-Archival)
  • Length: 2 pages (CVPR 2026 style)
  • Review: Double-blind
  • New, previously published, or concurrent work-in-progress welcome
  • No camera-ready required

All accepted papers will present a poster (portrait, max 90 × 180 cm). Selected papers will be invited for an oral spotlight (7 min + Q&A).
