The Cleveland Guardians baseball team is hiring for three roles in its Baseball Research & Development group. In these roles, you would work with complex baseball data (i.e.,  FieldVision) to help the team make better decisions about what players we should acquire and how we can make them better. Ultimately, you would be working every day to help bring a world series championship to Cleveland.
