SYNOPSIS

Everyone in an organization though technically sound will experience anger and more times than not, regret the actions that they take while they are experiencing the anger. It affects their work ability, decision making ability, relationships, management of organisation’s and personal finances and also personal safety. How are employees handling their anger? Some suppress it and some vent it out….. So what is the best way that enables us Make ANGER WORK for US and not against us especially in our workplace? 

This program aims to provide participants with personal knowledge and skills to understand the source of the anger they are experiencing and move to an empowered state to deal with situations at work and personal level in a way that 
•    Builds trust and harmony
•    Is productive and enriching


OBJECTIVES
At the end of this program, participants should be able to:
•    Define role of anger and effects on an organisation
•    Identify Anger triggers
•    Differentiate between Triggers and Cause
•    Find out True Cause of Anger 
•    Take action from a space that empowers and true


SPEAKER’S BIODATA – Ms Choy Boon Ling –MBA, B.Soc.Sc, Cert IV (Director, NOW Sdn Bhd)

Ms. Choy Boon Ling is a corporate trainer for the past 17 years specialising in the area of Train-the-Trainer, communication, non violent communication, interpersonal skills, coaching, self development, competency development, assessment and curriculum development

Her passion has always been to train and develop people as she has a firm belief about creating upward spirals in people’s lives. In all her endeavors, she also advocates understanding the mind as it’s the forerunner for a person to grow intellectually, spiritually and emotionally. This has lead to her foray into Self observation practices. It has helped her to live an enriching life doing that she loves.
